NEWS FROM OUR LABRADOODLES |
Dear Kathy
It has now been one month since receiving our puppy Khiara (Chula & Tio's litter).
Khiara has settled into her new environment really well. In the first week we managed to house train her, teach her how to sit, shake and many other tricks. We can't believe how smart and intelligent she is. She caputured our heart from day one, it was love at first sight.
Khiara has brighted our lives and not only is she loved by us, but by all our our family and friends, she is the first to run to the door to greet our guests. She is gentle and playful, but gutsy as well. I guess that comes with being the only girl out of her litter.
On Monday we are off to the vet for her 12 week injection and then we look forward to venturing into the real world.
We thank you for providing us with such an affectionate and gorgeous puppy. She is all we ever dreamed of and much more.

NEWS FROM OUR LABRADOODLES |
Hi Kathy,
I thought I’d send you a picture of Stanley aged 6 months. Surely he is a brother of BRUNO, on your home page currently? They are the spitting image of each other and Stan looks like his mum just as much as Bruno does. And they both share a sock fetish, although Stanley’s also extends to knickers! Could you put him up on the site with Bruno?
Since taking this picture we’ve had Stanley trimmed, so he’s now a very unusual ugg-boot colour all over. So many people stop us, remark on his (now) unusual colouring and compliment me on what a handsome boy he is! The whole family adores him.

At this stage he hasn't gone down the path of destroying anything but were looking at this as a 'when' rather than 'if' moment.a
He has a lot of chew toys so this seems to get the majority of the attention. He goes in for his injections on Thursday so we can't wait until a week after that when we can actually start walking him.We love him to bits and think its the best thing we've decided to do for a long time. Well I hope you, your family and your pack have a great Christmas & New Year.
All the best Tim, Kylie & Zappa PS I would like to wish the rest of the litter a Happy Christmas and see if they have any photos or stories they would like to share. I have the majority of the people from your confirmation email but I don't think all of them. Do you have the ones that are missing? |

Hi Kathy,
Just thought I'd give you an update on our little boy as he comes into his 12th week. When I picked him up from Mascot on Nov 23rd, he was not impressed with being freight. At the freight centre it took me 15 minutes to coax him out his crate but he eventually came. Zappa is now 12 weeks old and is just gorgeous.
He already knows sit, down, stay and has learnt the areas of the house he can't go into (sort of...this is an ongoing battle but hes getting it). He is fully house trained, mainly thanks to you Kathy and has only had one 'excitement' wee inside. We stopped him from mouthing pretty early but occasionally he still tries it on.
About 90% of the time hes very laid back and the rest... mad as a cut snake! He loves a cuddle but only on his terms ;-). Coming is not his strong point but were persisting. His attention span is about 2 seconds unless there is food around then you have his undivided attention. My god hes a pig, the concept of chewing 20 times before swallowing is completely lost on him! He weighed in today at 5.6 kilos. He is now successfully sitting and waiting for his dinner, this is quite hilarious, as he goes into an almost zen like trance, staring at his bowl, until he gets the 'eat' release command
